- To promote scientific and technological research that supports the education of society in the field of fire safety.
- To develop and distribute technical publications, educational materials, and professional resources that enhance the fire prevention and firefighting knowledge of personnel working in public institutions and private organizations.
- To encourage the establishment of fire safety training centers and firefighting academies where the public can receive practical and theoretical fire safety education.
- To collaborate with government agencies, universities, research institutions, and scientific organizations in developing and improving fire protection systems, standards, and technologies.
- To support, within the Foundation's capabilities, the protection of cultural heritage assets—including palaces, libraries, national archives, museums, and historic foundation properties—through effective fire safety measures.
- To establish, support, or assist in the development of laboratories, testing facilities, and research centers dedicated to fire prevention and fire protection technologies.
- To help minimize the loss of life and property caused by fires throughout Türkiye by promoting the use of accurate information, scientific knowledge, and internationally recognized best practices.
- To improve public awareness and promote fire safety education for all segments of society.
