Fire Safety Training Seminar Held in Çanakkale in Collaboration with TÜYAK and İZODER

A Fire Safety Training Seminar was held on 25 June 2026 in cooperation with TÜYAK and İZODER, hosted by the Çanakkale Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.

The seminar brought together personnel from local authorities, including municipalities, responsible for issuing building permits and occupancy permits, as well as architects and engineers involved in building design, building inspection organizations, contractors, and representatives of professional chambers.

The seminar focused on passive and active fire safety measures. During the first two sessions, representatives of İZODER provided an overview of fire insulation, fire-resistant materials, and passive fire protection measures.

In the two afternoon sessions following lunch, representatives of TÜYAK delivered presentations on Fire Evacuation and Means of Egress Planning and Fire Safety Measures in Mechanical and Electrical Fire Protection Systems.

The seminar provided an important platform for sharing technical knowledge and raising awareness of integrated fire safety approaches, bringing together professionals involved in building design, construction, inspection, permitting, and fire protection.
