Dear TÜYAK Community,

Throughout human history, knowledge has been not only a means of communication but also a driving force of transformation. With every new development in information technology—from oral storytelling to clay tablets, from writing boards to paper, from brochures and newspapers to the printing press and computers—people have encountered unexpected consequences, opportunities, and dilemmas.

Knowledge is produced through the systematic processes of observation, experimentation, and verification that form the foundation of scientific methodology. This approach enables us to understand reality objectively and to base our decisions on solid evidence. Therefore, accuracy, impartiality, and ethical principles are indispensable when sharing knowledge.

We believe that the opportunities created by technological progress must be combined with ethical principles, ensuring that knowledge is not only accessible but also shared in a reliable and responsible manner.

In this issue, we remain committed to publishing original content. Every article, research paper, and assessment carries a responsibility that extends beyond simply reproducing existing knowledge: it should make a meaningful new contribution. For us, scientific publishing is not about repetition, but innovation; not merely about communicating knowledge, but about creating it.

In addition to our editorial content, we are pleased to welcome our readers with our digital journal format and redesigned website. Mobile compatibility provides an accessible reading experience across devices, while our online archive offers permanent and well-organized access to previous issues. Through these innovations, we aim to enhance readability and reach a broader scientific and professional community.

It will provide an important platform for sharing valuable knowledge, professional experience, and new perspectives.
